How to apply

This exclusive training program is for the next generation of entrepreneurial and family businesses only. You can obtain further program information by emailing nextgen@ey.com. Due to the nature of the activities and the need to enhance personal engagement, we limit the number of participants to approximately 25 per training session. We would therefore like to advise you that suitable applications will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.

Program closing and parents' session

For those on the First or Advanced Program, parents are invited to come along on the Saturday and take part in a joint presentation or working session with the participants. This can help you to assess the results of the week's work and explore ways to manage different attitudes and decision-making processes in family-run companies. This is a unique opportunity to exchange thoughts, as well as to receive individual feedback from our coaches on the participants' progress and experiences during the week.

Aubra L. Franklin "Thank you once again for yet another amazing summer of NextGen Academy. My children came back with new stories, new relationships and new skills that they would not have learned without this incredible program. I am looking forward to many more years of them participating."
